*PayPal is the preferred method of payment. Payment must be made before any work begins (50% deposit or payment in full is required).
*If paying by E-check, work will not begin and transcripts will not be released until the payment clears. This could result in a 3-5 day delay.
*Videos and audio files, which must be converted are subject to a $5.00 fee per file for converting.
*Audio noted as "bad" by the client will be assessed before a rate is given.
